At Mad Lad Designs, we want to get your new favourite pieces to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how our shipping process works.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Potential delays may occur during high-volume periods (like Black Friday or new collection drops) or due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping rates for orders within the US:

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: Worldwide

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Express International: 3–5 business days

Important Note on Import Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mad Lad Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at madladdesignstudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  •  We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Mad Lad Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or your building manager.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes tracking updates prematurely).

  3. Contact the carrier directly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
